Accountability and learning
Our Impact
We define impact as meaningful, documented improvement in the opportunities, safety, wellbeing and capabilities of children and young people.
We measure more than attendance.
Numbers matter, but they are only the beginning. We combine participation data with feedback, outcomes, stories, financial accountability and lessons learned.
Reach
Who participated, where they were reached and whether priority groups were included.
Quality
Whether activities were safe, relevant, well delivered and valued by participants.
Outcomes
Changes in knowledge, confidence, access, behaviour, opportunity or wellbeing.
Sustainability
Whether benefits, partnerships or local capacity can continue after the activity.
Current campaign targets.
These are planned outputs for the December 2026 Christmas initiative and should be replaced with verified results after delivery.
What a public impact dashboard can show.
The bars are placeholders in the prototype, not claimed results.
Support should be visible in the impact it creates.
Programme and corporate partners may receive confirmation of support, beneficiary and activity summaries, approved photographs where consent permits, expenditure reporting appropriate to the partnership, lessons learned and a post-project impact report.
Responsible evidence, not intrusive storytelling.
We aim to demonstrate impact without exposing children, exploiting hardship or collecting more personal information than necessary.
Consent and dignity
Images, stories and personal details should only be used with appropriate permission and in ways that respect the participant.
Data minimisation
We collect only the information needed for programme delivery, safeguarding, accountability or lawful reporting.
Honest communication
Targets are clearly distinguished from verified results, and limitations are reported rather than hidden.
